What's the oldest anime you like?

Legend of the Galactic Heroes from 1988. I saw it for the first time years ago at a friend's house.
Their parents had an old LaserDisc player and it on LD.
It was pretty Cool

I like the space travel theme as well as love triangles, the more toxic and dramatic they are the better, well this not that heavy but still it was perfect and became one of my favorites animes. The music and their lyrics are another big plus.
The full series(except the first chapter, sadly) is in youtube if you want to watch it(subtitles and with good quality).

The oldest anime I like would be Mazinger Z (1972), compared to other MOTWs in the era, it's quite good tho a really long series (92 episodes). Would recommend if anyone wants to see the grandfather of super robots.

Can't be sure, but probably Macross. Pretty sure I never watched Robotech has a kid so I have no opinion about that one. I am not including Lupin III because I only watched a few times long ago so I am not sure of including him even if he is the most based monkey ever.

You know what? Change it to Lupin III. Time to look around for a fandub...

The oldest Anime I like? Hm... I'm mostly into 1980s or older Anime so that's not narrowing it that much.
I believe the oldest anime I like its Jungle Emperor Leo from 1965. It might not be much for today's standards but back in the day (early 90s on syndicated television) it had some impressive visuals for a cartoon show.

I like the part where he stalls out Kaneda's bike. Very relatable.

The oldest I can think for is the sixties anime adaptations of Tetsujin 28 and Good old Astroboy(I originally saw both of those dubbed to spanish in the late eighties).

When I was 4, I remember seeing Gigantor (1963) on TV and I went into a period of being obsessed with every radio controlled toy.
