What's the oldest anime you like?

Probably Speed Racer but the English dub was so cheesy. It was a bit of unintentional comedy. Can't say I liked it but I did watch it on occasion and chuckled at the bad dub.

Writing this because I watched Ashita no Joe a few years back and it's a masterpiece, from 1970. I still have to get around to watching the second series which was made 10 years later and finishes the story. Since it's that old, I had issues with the pacing at first - the show just moves slowly, from moment to moment, more like real life than TV, almost. So in the beginning there were parts of the story I was interested in but it was testing my patience. I eventually moved past that and the story just got better and better - this is not your typical boxing anime at all, the plot is raw and harsh and the character's psychology is nuanced and believable.
I never cared for mechas and stuff like that but I started watching the first Gundam from 1979 a while back and it's better than I expected, I should get back to it. Feels like a real story about war and not just big robot suits fighting in the sky.
i was about to answer ashita no joe as well, except i already watched part 2 so i get to post this:

Gegege no Kitarou OP (1968) [AI Upscaled]

Gegege no Kitarou (1968)

I adore Kitarou as a series, despite that i'm gonna be honest, while yes true this series is my favorite even today.

The only thing that i remember about the 1968 version is sadly only one of the episode where they play some sort of Baseball lol.

I don't even remember how the heck i grew up with the 1968 version, i'm not even alive in 1968 🗿

Sorry for not sticking to the thread's theme and going for the EXACT oldest anime I enjoy, but I just really felt like I needed to post this:

Does Voltron from the 80's count?
probably not unless you've watched Golion, it's like a different show

To be fair to those of you who can't go earlier than the 90s, I probably like 90s anime best, just aesthetically if nothing else, back before everything was that creepy moe stuff

I don't really even like anime that much lol

Probably Ranma 1/2, that I'm actually watching. In my life I've seen many anime since early '90 and other from the '80. But those are anime I don't like anymore, like Dragon Ball or Saint Seiya. I wanna try to watch other old anime though, step by step.

Here in Italy:
1) Janguru Taitei (1965, "Kymba il Leone Bianco") from the manga by Matsumoto.
2) Genshi Shonen Ryu (1971, " Ryu Ragazzo Delle Caverne"), from the manga by Ishinomori;
3) Majinga Zetto (1972, "Masinger Z") from the manga by Go Nagai;
4) Kurenai Sanshiro (1969, "Judo Boy"), from the manga by Yoshida;
5) Goku no Daiboken (1967, "The Monkey") from the manga by Tezuka;
6) Getta Robo (1972, "Getter Robot") from the manga by Go Nagai;
7) Ashita no Joe (1970, "Rocky Joe") from the manga by Chiba;
8) Babiru Ni-sei (1973, "Babil Junior") from the manga by Yokoyama;
9) Taiga Masuku (1969, "Uomo Tigre") from the manga by Tsuji.

These are my favorites among the oldest ones, but there are many others belonging to my regretted and nostalgic childhood. 😢

Lupin III (1971)

The best Lupin there is, the first series in the one I like the most.

Zambot 3, I still remember the theme song by heart too.
I don't watch a lot of old anime though, majority of it are just mecha genre.
