The other day I saw a feature on the news about a band of graffiti artists whose whole goal is to fix grammar and spelling on other people's tags. I thought it was amazing, particularly since they gave interviews with their backs to the camera, as if they were dealers or something XD

What about you?

Play games and consume Japanese media. Can't get any nerdier than that.

I once tried replacing the thermal paste on my CPU, but it didn’t help — my brain’s still running hot all the time...

Nerdiest thing I've ever done, probably buying a Gundam kit? Nerdiest thing I've seen, those D&D larping events, or 40-50 year old men doing lightsaber battles in public dressed up as Jedi's.

I really don't wanna sound like a contrarian but this is what I would call "Extreme Grammar Nazi Artist" instead lolol.

As for what kind of nerd shit I do, TBH my whole existence screams "nerd" because I always think with science and love to kill people with my TED Talks and use math for jokes lol. For example:

Worst fandom mathematical formula is like "video games that attract teens" + "popularity" = Toxic Community.

However the toxic level of the fan community depends on how edgy the game is so its formula is:

ToxicΔ = EdgyΔ (As the game that is popular among teens is edgy the more its fan community is toxic).

But it may show how toxic the fan base may be but it's not enough to show the negative nature of the toxic community because it depends on three factors: The game's violence theme, sexual theme and simple gameplay so its mathematical formula:

ψtoxic ∝ ⟨Violence∣Sexual∣Simple Gameplay⟩ = Primitive and therefore hostile stupid fan base = The nature of the toxic fan base

For example:

- Fortnite

- Roblox

- Overwatch

lolol

But no one even saw more than 0.1% of my power here!!! In my buddy group we play roleplay games in hard core level (not like American ones though), I come up with campings (what Americans know as Game Master so I create the whole story and setting and also decide what can happen or not in the game) which one may call as writing a novel without a particular story (I guess this is what Americans call "lorebook" but not quite, too long to explain but in short it's a manual for what kind of universe the game take place in and you read it and learn what is possible or not without being choked down with rule list), then I even explain how PS2 works by using quantum and then we come up with high-tech weapon ideas that works in theory (these days I try to come up with a weapon that destroys anything in the local quantum fields) lolol. As we discuss nerd shit it fuels our imagination for better stories that actually make sense as sci-fi!!!

I only ever do cool guy shit all the time because if I'm doing it, it's automatically cool guy shit

(idk, everyone is nerdy to someone)

The nerdiest (and useless) thing i did recently was trying to make a excel for optimize the victory in the slime race in Dragon Quest V

Dragon Quest V - Tenkuu no Hanayome (Japan) [En by DeJap+Partial v2.01Final] (~Dragon Quest V ...png

spoiler: It's completely random, and there's a huge probability that the slimes that give the least
gold will win, so you're constantly losing at the end.
plus the amount of points and time you need to get the best prizes is absurd but i still think it was a fun experiment, analyzing how this minigame is rigged to be the cheapest as possible, just like real life casinos.

Cosplay.

Participate in a World of Darkness LARPG.

Participate in a Megagame event.

I have many OCD's. Some not related to games.

I don't know if it counts as nerdy but one of my disorders is to count the distance between both sides of the frame when a door is opened. I have to calculate it or else I can't cross it. But since I do it automatically it does not keep me from entering any place :)

Another one is to place things on a table in multiples of 90º. I don't like rounded furniture, and rooms that are not squared-shaped or rectangle-shaped.
