What's a game you wish would release again with online play and updated controls and why is it TimeSplitters?

Why did you even make this a thread?

Can you believe we almost got a full remake or remaster or whatever they were doing of TimeSplitters 2 before Embracer Group realized that the gaming bubble had burst and they panic cancelled and shuttered almost everything?

Maybe one day. One day. Someday.
Nightdive Studios please hear my prayers.

''Can we at least get Perfect Dark HD to PC''

nah, we already have Perfect Dark ported to PC thanks to decompilation, XBLA assets being ported to PC port is possible, although first let's see how PD PC modding evolves

to be honest, I would take XBLA voice clips as I don't like the XBLA visuals and how was ported the music in XBLA

oh dude... how you would react that actually we almost got a godawful Fortnite clone with Timesplitters skin...

we should glad that at least are playable on Xbox One/Series and PS4/PS5 although sucks that we don't have proper ports/remasters for Switch, PC, PS4/PS5 and Xbox One/Series

Whoa whoa whoa

There's a Perfect Dark PC port now??? Maybe there is a light at the end of this long dark tunnel we call Modern Video Games.

Also I actually liked the visuals and how they did them in Perfect Dark HD. Very faithful to the original, but I am also perfectly fine with just the actual original visuals because they're also good.

Also I was about to mention how the offices for Free Radical had renders of characters but it turns out it was actually more of a TimeSplitters 4??? though there was also a remaster in the works that got also cancelled.

I like the original controls in Time Splitters.

I think they're fine as well, though I'd be fine if they went all in and made them like any other modern shooter if it means a mass market appeal that refuses to engage with anything with controls that require some getting used to.

I want everyone to play my FPS party games

It's not Timesplitters

It's Gauntlet Dark Legacy.

the remaster was cancelled during the first FRD(pre-Crytek) days, that wasn't TimeSplitters 4, actually was TimeSplitters NEXT which... well... just look... be ready for being disappointed and glad that was cancelled

oh my god they really went all in on fortnite

Maybe we should continue praying for a remaster now that that's dead
