My first Disney movie was The Little Mermaid but the first one I saw in the theater, and my favorite Disney film of all time, was The Lion King.

Yeah those two (Lion King, Mermaid) with
-Beauty and the Beast
-Snow White
-Mulan
-Pocahontas
-Lilo and Stitch
-The emperor's new groove
-Tarzan
-Aladdin
-The jungle book
-Bolt

And so much more

What I did remember watching first was Tarzan, I used to thought my family are gorillas

Probably The Jungle Book. We still had it on VHS. But I actually watched the Land Before Time movies much more often than any Disney movie when I was little.

My favorite though was definitely Treasure Planet.

I don't remember, what was my first Disney movie? But I have been grown up watching Disney cartoon shows from 90s to 40s on Mickey Mouse, timon & pumba, tarzen (animated series not movie) , Donald Duck, chief & dale rescue rangers , Aladdin (animated series not movie) , KimPossible and DuckTales (richest Duck in the world, who swim on gold coins) etc. Also 2000s shows like hanna Montana and wizard of Waverly Place (I didn't watch those but I did watch later) and Sweet life of zack & cody etc. Those were good shows from Disney around 2000s , but I can't find them on Disney plus app

The Little Mermaid, even had the old phallic tower VHS.

My sister and I alternated with who got to choose the next movie our mom would buy for us - she chose Little Mermaid, while I chose Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie. Clearly kid me was a true connoisseur of the art of cinema.

The Lion King (Animated, it sucks that I have to specify that) was the first movie I saw in theaters, and the only movie I've seen in theaters twice (I was pre-Kindergarten at the time). Its probably still my favorite, although I like a lot of the animated Disney films.
