To elaborate a little on the two games I mentioned.I would like to read ur opinion tho
I will play that game using cheatsLunar: Dragon Song
Walking is a slog, Running LITERALLY HURTS YOU, having to choose between items and experience after battles is a clumsy mess, some enemies can actually destroy your weapons and armor (I HATE THAT TROPE, now imagine losing them to something that isn't your fault) and a deal breaker in an RPG is
NOT BEING ABLE TO CHOOSE YOUR TARGET IN A BATTLE
I love Lunar, but after not being able to reach the first boss out of sheer frustration, i get why the saga is now a ghoul that only get remakes of the first game
I love to forget that this game exists. Nevermind my previous post, this is my answer.Lunar: Dragon Song

Whut? This was an attempt at translating the 3D fighters to a handheld. Then again this was also a time where TOMY shat Naruto games out en masse, so the quality varied.

Wild frThinking back on my time with the OG DS I struggle to think of any true stinkers that I played. I've always had pretty low standards though cause even when my younger siblings would rent stuff like Madagascar I'd have a decent time plowing through them in an afternoon.
If I had to pick from the games I did play though, it would be Teenage Zombies. The game isn't terrible or anything, it looks fine, isn't buggy and plays decently enough. It is just impressive that I played it when I was at the peak of my zombie obsession and everything about it felt so bland or lifeless that I struggled to make it past the third stage. Need to stress that by no means is this a terrible game, it's just the one DS game I can vividly remember being apathetic to the point of disliking with.
