Or, what was your earliest gaming memory of watching someone else play a game?

The first game I ever played was Sonic 2.
The speed, the music, the vibrancy of the colours, the sense of accomplishment/anticipation in getting just a little further in a level, it all felt pretty magical to me, and it still does.

What a great game to start with. A superb platformer. I'm guessing you've playing Rayman Legends too? If you haven't played the original for PlayStation you're in for such a treat. One of the brightest and toughest platformers I've ever played.

The OG Sonic and I can say it’s a family affair.
Spring Yard Zone's music remains one of the dankest tracks ever committed to a video game OST. Robotnik also felt like a proper threat imo because of his boss music

Ice Hockey on NES. My first game, the reason I ask for a NES. (And Ice Climbers who was in the pack)

Ducktales for the GameBoy. That gams is Dark Souls to me. Skill issue? Possibly, cause mt brother is able to finish that 6-7 times yet i cannot get a life out of the game without dying.

Maybe thats why hes into Mega Man more than I am...

Crystal Castles for the Atari- the regular one, not the Master System.

Late '80s, Mario Bros on the NES, it was a cartridge bundled up with Galaga.

My bro and I played with Mario Bros (of course, as the younger I was Luigi) then our mom played Galaga all night till morning. Afterwards she had a big fight with our dad cuz of that ?

I've always meant to play DuckTales. Enjoyed the show whenever I caught it growing up, and I love Quackshot, which I feel is at least DuckTales adjacent

What a splendid history with your time with Ducktales... I only played the game out of the many Gameboy games that we had in our collection xD

The Gameboy had so many classic titles on it! A fave of mine is Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins. I remember countless nights playing that, barely able to make out the screen ?

So dope...my fave on the Nokia was always the Spaceship shooter...which I want to say was also a sequel? Cannae recall, but was a lotta fun ?

This looks absolutely solid haha. I don't know if they're very similar, but have you played Catherine, or Q*bert is it? They both use the isometric tower structure (I think)
It's like a cross between Pac-Man and Q-bert
Edit: It was solid and hard.

I remember always wishing that I had a physical art of that game.... the only games I remember us having is Pokémon Yellow (which I destroyed), Metroid 2: Return of Samus, and Tetris.
