I have always had a fascination for the one-handed controllers that were released for the SNES and Playstation and have been attempting to collect them all. They are a surprisingly good controller for turn based RPGs, as I have played through Chrono Trigger and Earthbound with an ASCII Grip controller. I have also played through about 4 hours of Silent Hill with the Playstation one.

Woah! These are awesome. One-handedness always fascinates me from a game design perspective (games like Bayonetta have a one-handed mode built in) but I've never seen these before.

I don't really collect anything physical but playing games and quantifying my feelings into some kinda tier list format is probably the closest I get

My friend in Japan recently bought these and gave me the N64 and Gamecube ones, he told me, that he buys them in Tokyo after work. I asked him to send any my way if he gets a chance.
These are kinda cool, they are the real deal but cut up.

masks.. I have several..

Guy Fawkes (v for vendetta), Frank (donnie darko), Rorschach (watchmen), black motorcycle helmet(s), Black XX era (Mushroomhead), General Grevious (star wars), Scarecrow (batman dark knight) & home made mask.

planning on buying (or making) a Vega/Balrog (street fighter), Spawn (spawn), and Duck mask soon.

You're not fooling me

History books of various topics. Cooking, Weapons, Bestiaries, etc.

All of this stuff is pretty cool. I'm gonna have to be careful or I'll pick up a new obsession lmao

I make a collection of the art i like from card games i haven't even played into a folder then turn it into a cbr... then i stare at it.
I also used to had a collection of mini glass jars, then fill them with different stuff, but um earthquakes are a thing, i was very young but not very clever, that was the end of that...

Scans of Rockman printed media. Guidebooks, comics, manga, etc.

I collect tabletop roleplaying game books. I've never played a TTRPG in years and don't really know anybody to recruit into something like that, but I tend to get them just to read them for lore, mechanics, stuff that'll never serve any purpose because I'll probably never get a chance to even play them.

I bought a few of the World of Darkness game books back in the 90s and have never played them so I understand.

something odd i collect are Oddbodz cards from the 90's
back then you only got one random card in a family pack of 12x kettle chips
so they took forever to collect and most kids only had a few of these each to bargain with

they all glow in the dark but occasionally you could find a rare "hot" one, which means it has a hidden image in the dark black areas that can only be seen when exposed to heat
or even ultra rare versions that had red glow in the dark paint

I collect skeleton keys. They have to be authentic, and I won't just buy them online. I have to find them out in the wild, like and flea markets and things.
