Could go for both, but LLM when in a technical view. Even Neuro-sama refers to itself/herself as A.I. being based of an LLM.::thinking

I yell some pretty awful things at my Alexa.

Don't get me wrong I like AI, I'm just not a good person. They will come for me when Skynet becomes aware.

Yeah, both are correct, just at different levels. AI is the general term, while LLM is the specific technology behind modern chatbots. So in casual conversation people say AI, but in a technical context LLM is more precise.
 
Mostly LLM, but it depends on the context/interlocutor.
 
AI, Because artificial intelligence as a term has been around since the 60's.
A Large Language Model is merely a method of attempting to create an AI.

Neuro-sama is an AI
No one refers to her as an LLM grafted onto automated OSU player
