By this I mean the cadence and composition of the lyrics would be considered traditional poetry if read aloud?
[I know this seems subjective but you'll see what I mean]

Since it's in German I assume people are going to be skeptical, but lemme tell ya - this song had me bawling my damn eyes out back in the day, especially due to its backstory. Still does, really.
(The subtitles on that video are really wonky btw, just for the record)

There's also this song by Rammstein, but it might be cheating, since this version of it is practically a reading with musical accompaniment rather than a song.
