Genesis What Sega Genesis games would you consider MUST PLAY?

Boogerman is a strange phenomenon that cannot be described, only experienced.

I feel like it unfairly gets the middle finger from so many because of it being the poster child for gross out humor, but it's actually a decent little platformer. Also the soundtrack is pretty great

The 5 most expensive and rarest Sega Mega Drive games at a glance!
5th place - Daze Before Christmas.
4th place - Mega Man: The Wily Wars.
3rd place - The Death and Return of Superman.
2nd place - Fatal Fury 2.
1st place - Lakers vs. Celtics and the NBA Playoffs.

I would say Quackshot, Castle of Illusion, Contra Hard Corps (Probotector), Castlevania Bloodlines, Story of Thor and Tiny Toon's.

Hell yeah.
Especially Tiny Toon Adventures.

Agreed. As a kid it was very challenging for me, but the music was pretty cool and the game was rather light-hearted, a shame we never got much games with the tiny toon folks.

I'll be honest, I probably played more of the NES Tiny Toons games then I have the Genesis one. It's fun and colorful for what it is though. Speaking of, I always thought Acme All-Stars was a neat twist on the sports game

Rented it from Blockbuster when I was super young, but didn't really remember much about it

I don't think I can contribute with anything new after so many good suggestions, so I'll say 2 of my favourite: Gunstar Heroes and Shinobi III. I think both games have aged well and are still very playable, especially Shinobi III for me takes the top spot. Its gameplay is fluent and doesn't feel clunky by today's standards IMHO.
