For me the Fourth Nintendo Console I had is this one:

If counting handhelds it was Nintendo DS Lite (polar white)

If not counting handhelds it was a long time since I bought a Nintendo system, I ended up skipping their original releases in 2006 and 2012 of the seventh and eighth video game generations. Only recently-several years later in 2017 and then 2021 ended up buying Wii (white) and then Wii U (black).

The Nintendo DS Lite is one of the best-selling models of the Nintendo DS without a doubt .

Yes I could play all games even those that were only for the new 3ds versions with one difference they were not in 3d only 2d and the device was significantly cheaper than the new 3ds.

1st: SNES
2nd: OG Gameboy (lost or stolen)
3rd: Gameboy Pocket (stolen)
4th: Gameboy Color (stolen)

Otherwise its:
1st: SNES
2nd: Gamecube (stolen)
3rd: Wii ($15 from Goodwill, but with nothing else, so it's still untested)
4th: NES (acquired from a crazy ex-gf; long story)

You're welcome Nelson. I don’t have much experience with Nintendo consoles but I know the 3ds family well I had the normal 2ds and the 3ds also these were the best handheld consoles only the switch has gotten even better.
