What is your First Video Game Based on a Superhero?/Cuál es tu Primer Videojuego Basado de un Superhéroe?

I know this is a retro board, but I'm surprised no one mentioned Spiderman 1 for the ps4 or the Batman Arkham series. For both, I feel like they have the best feeling of being the respective superhero. Retro (whatever that means nowadays), Spiderman for ps1 and Gameboy, and Hulk Ultimate Destruction for ps2.
Still sucks they never continued with Hulk game, but we do have Prototype which has similar move sets and the same team as the Hulk ps2 games.

Because the topic is "Which was your first?" not "Which is your favorite?"

For the record my first was Turtles in Time on the SNES I believe.

Completely forgot to mention the Marvel Ultimate Alliance until I reread the thread.
Also this is one that was skipped by a lot of people, but the Guardians of The Galaxy game is a hidden gem.

Oh. Well looks like I need to remember to "read the question" before answering. School was good for something. Ignore my previous rambling.
Spiderman for the ps1.

i'm pretty sure no one would agrue against those two being their favorites. arkham asylum and city are definitely my 2 favorite superhero games.
there is someone out there who has one of those games as their first superhero game; lucky bastard.

Ultimate Spider-Man (2005, GC)

Same, actually. Even the same version haha

I remember getting a PS2 for Christmas when I was really, really young and the first game I had with it was Spiderman 3, and when they started making all the Marvel movies I picked up Ironman and Hulk (the 2008 not the 2003 one). S/O Super Hero Squad too, all games from my childhood.

Batman: The Caped Crusader on DOS via Windows 95. I was so young I didn't understand how to get past the second or third screen of the game though.

it was like that for me when i played Victor Vector and Yondo: The Cyberplasm Formula. I would get stuck in the early part. The elevator in it was super confusing.

If you count them as superheroes, probably the TMNT arcade game?

Besides that I'd have no idea. Spiderman 2 Enter Electro trying to help out my younger cousin maybe?

That's the second person to question whether or not the TMNT are superheroes. I didn't realize that was a controversial topic. They have the same backstory as Daredevil except there's four of them and they're turtles. Chemicals got spilled on them, gave them enhanced abilities, and then they got trained by a sensei named after a piece of wood (Stick vs Splinter). They fight crime and have a comic book, what more do you want? A costume? Punisher and Luke Cage don't need costumes. Super powers? They're definitely stronger, smarter, and faster than the average turtle.

Lego Batman 1 for DS
It's okay to be your first LEGO Batman game for the DS, but as a version, it's not bad despite the limitations. However, I prefer the PSP version and also the PS2 and Wii versions because I haven't played the X360 and PS3 versions.

And there was any difference? It's the same game as far as I know.
I think the graphics and sound because the PS1 version is the original, the N64 has somewhat improved graphics although the sound is so compressed to fit into the cartridge, and also the cinematic scenes of the game were replaced by comic strips due to storage limitations of the game (32MB) and the Dreamcast version has better graphics and resolution (640x480) along with the N64 version (608x448 if you ignore the black bars on the 4 sides during in-game) and 512x240 of the PS1 version.

X-Men: Children of the Atom on the Arcade was the first. I had just seen an episode of Xmen on Fox Kids! so I curiously tried the game one time.

One reason is that they also act as movie replacements
