Well, My First Sports Game that I played is definitely this one that's here:
Bueno mi Primer Juego de Deportes que yo Jugué es sin duda este que está aquí:

Soccer (FC/NES, 1985)

Although I played it through FunStation which is a Famiclone but with a PS1 case but even though the game had the copyrights deleted or modified still the game is official.

I dont know if it's sports but i believe its name is "Karateka" on NES in the 80's.

I haven't played it but it looks good for a PES-type game but with Disney characters, especially Mickey Mouse characters.

I've played it once and it's pretty decent for an NCAA Basketball-licensed game.

I've played those 2 GB games even though the Baseball is similar to the FC/NES version but portable and the F-1 Race is a completely different of the original FC game but portable too.

I have played the first Kunio-kun Football Soccer one from Famicom and it looks good and I got to play FIFA 10 in the PSP version and it is quite decent.

I haven't played it but for a Christmas Themed Bowling game it's decent.
