Well, My First Sports Game that I played is definitely this one that's here:
Bueno mi Primer Juego de Deportes que yo Jugué es sin duda este que está aquí:

Soccer (FC/NES, 1985)

Although I played it through FunStation which is a Famiclone but with a PS1 case but even though the game had the copyrights deleted or modified still the game is official.

I dont know if it's sports but i believe its name is "Karateka" on NES in the 80's.

I haven't played it but it looks good for a PES-type game but with Disney characters, especially Mickey Mouse characters.

I haven't played this game, although I did get to play Madden NFL '95 (MD/GEN) and '99 (N64) once.

I've played it once in both the Japanese and Western versions of the game and it looks good.

I've played it once and it's pretty decent for an NCAA-licensed game.

First 2 Sports Games I played was Baseball and F1 Race for the Game Boy

I've played those 2 GB games even though the Baseball is similar to the FC/NES version but portable and the F-1 Race is a completely different of the original FC game but portable.
