Well my First Pinball Game is obviously this one:

Pinball (FC, 1984)

I think I also played this game on the 9999999-in-1 of FunStation which is a Famiclone but PS1 Slim case although the game has the copyright removed it is still a 100% official game and also that this game is common to find in several multicarts of multiple games in 1.

NI've never played pinball.

I grew up down on the New Jersey shore, there were many boardwalks and what seemed like
a million arcades. There was one particular arcade that had imported some Japanese-only arcade machines (which was unheard of at the time), they had a Namco released "video pinball" called Gee Bee.
It controlled with a paddle instead of flippers and played like a cross between breakout and pinball. This was around 1980.

If that doesn't count, than it would be Atari 2600 Video Pinball 1981.

I didn’t know about that Bomb Bee/Gee Bee game from Namco, but it was interesting for its time, and I played the Video Pinball on the Atari 2600, and it's decent for its time.

The first pinball videogame I've played is the same one as Nelson on a Famiclone.
But the pinballs I played the most were Psycho Pinball and Extreme Pinball on PC.
