What is your First Arcade Game?/Cuál es tu Primer Juego de Arcade?

And as a curious fact, the KoF 2002: CtUB that I played in the Arcade In my childhood is from Magic Plus II instead the Normal/Vanilla version because it was more accessible than the original at the time, but it is only a modified/bootleg version of the base game that allows do hidden without the need to have 1/3 of life to do so and also that the commands of the HSDM's are simplified, the possibility of doing up to 3/4/5 Max-On's instead of 1 alone (B+C), Orochi Leona is a playable character despite an alternate version of Normal Leona, Although it also has things inherited from the Plus versions of the base game (Plus, Magic Plus) such as Kusanagi and Rugal being playable characters from the beginning, Power Bars are filled by Unit instead of little by little after attacking the opponent, The Provocation was replaced by The Ability to shrink/normalize the size of the Character's Sprite by pressing Start, The Attack was replaced by the Quick Character Change (Shang Tsung Style) pressing C+D (in the Magic Plus version), etc.

And both Arcade games are very good as well along with the Dreamcast version that are Arcade Perfect Ports.
I played both of them on the Dreamcast via emulation when i couldn't play it in the arcade, 100% arcade perfect ports since they both ran on the Sega Naomi arcade board.

I really don't remember. My early childhood memories are pretty muddled. I remember going to an arcade, playing Data East's Robocop (I think it was the first one, not sure), and dying in like two seconds. That game is hard and cheap. But it wasn't my first for sure. I remember playing Samurai Shodown and TMNT: Turtles in Time at a video store. And then a lot of House of the Dead and other games at the arcade room at the movie theater.

I understand the point, my friend.

The first game i played in the arcades closed to the beach i used to live was Street Fighter EX2 Plus. great classic fighting game. i spend a lot of coins just to play with random people around me and that's how i met street fighter for the first time. lol

And it's one of my favorite Street Fighter EX games because it's 3D because of the ground and the models but it's 2D because of the backgrounds and its gameplay itself.

yeah it was perfect, it's a shame arika and capcom didn't agreed to work together in a new SF EX game.

Yes, it's true, and the last SFEX game was Street Fighter EX3 (2000) for PS2 that at first I liked but then I realized that game was not as good as the previous ones because it was very short because it only had 6 stages in the original mode and it was not so innovative as in previous installments although the positive side is that it introduced the possibility of playing as a team (tag type or dramatic) being something unique to the others.

You're right, EX3 wasn't so successful but it was really fun regardless i actually liked it. i still have it on my PS2 collections. i think with the low sales of SFEX3 Arika and Capcom decided to part ways. it's unfortunate. i would like them to give another try and work together once more. Arika's Fighter EX Layer wasn't as good as i thought too. it lacks Versus CPU mode which only you can play Arcade, VS (Player) Online. and Training mode (closed to VS CPU) i kinda didn't like their new mechanics with gougi but it wasn't as bad as i thought. also let's not forget the Meteor Combo wasn't included too which was very disappointing. It's great they Added all EX characters including Terry Bogard.

Thank you very much for the information friend. 👍🏻👍🏻

Yes! I remember playing as Mega Man and getting my ass kicked. (I still play as Mega Man and get my ass kicked)
Rockman/Mega Man, although he has a decent technique, has a low defense compared to the other Capcom characters although Roll is weaker than his brother.

I forget how young i was, but i was young enough to touch the joystick and buttons but not actually see over the display, but in my hometown there was a buffet with a tekken arcade cabinet and i vividly remember playing King and suplexing Kuma. I don't remember which tekken it was but considering the timeframe it could've been Tekken 3, Tag 1 or Tekken 4

Thanks for telling your story friend although Tekken 3 and Tekken Tag Tournament from '99 are great games although Tekken 4 is okay.

It's okay to be a Platform game and I think I played this game on FC/NES and MD/GEN as well.
I have not played the NES or Genesis ones are they decent? also there is a re-release version too I have not tried:

Original Arcade Toki works perfect on Mame, Childhood unlocked.
