Answering the question is really hard because as time pass your taste in music changes and most importantly after one point you listen to a music so much you don't wanna listen to it anymore despite it still stays one of your "favorite music".

So I think a better question would be "what's your current earworm" then my answer would be these:

Weirdly I didn't care about these songs when I played S.L.A.I.: Steel Lancer Arena International years ago but these days these songs sounds so good lol.
