What is your favorite system to emulate?

Wii U, hands down. once you get pretendo on cemu and configure it on your steam deck, you get portable splatoon 1 which is how the wii u should of turned out.
playing wii U with a steam deck, can you use the deck as a controller and your teevee as the teevee?

Top 5: Gamecube, it has unique non-first party titles and some of the ports are a lot better there, also i grew with goated licensed games there (Over the edge)

PSX: Had a pirated one, grew with it, every Sunday of Tianguis seeing those hanging PSX bags was like chrismas every week

Nintendo DS: IDK if it counts since i am playing in an actual DSi, but no wonder it managed to beat the PSP in sales, the damn thing was a machine when properly used (It sadly fell for the shovelware trap, so buying games was a minefield)

J2me: Remember those games in your dad's phone that logically weren't as good as say GBA? i had a Nokia Xpressmusic , Ancient Empires, Gameloft ports, Pizza Manager, Orcs and Elves II... is a shame finding roms is a risk due to most pages being trojan stables

PSP: Though i will disrespect the best of the best? PPSSPP in my phone plus a joystick has made long trips outside home far more relaxing, while i had an actual PSP growing up, sadly time is unforgiving and eventually it perished, but now with the modern technology and... preservation ;) now i have access to those games i enjoyed, but also can play the ones i missed

Usually SNES or PSX

The Sega Saturn, my RetroArch is configured mostly to play Sega Saturn games and have a sega saturn usb pad.

SNES and PS1, works fine every time and the libraries are great

You mean in terms of how easy and convenient it is? I feel like NES is the most convenient.

The PS1 is a lot of fun to emulate because the library's massive, there are new translations coming out all the time, and Duckstation is an amazing emulator.

There's far too many systems to choose from but I always come back to the PSP. It's not that I dislike the other systems, I really do enjoy most of what I can get my hands on but for the PSP has games like Wipeout Pure, Patapon, Lumines, Locoroco etc are so easy to jump in to between shifts. Over the years I've really come to appreciate games that don't demand 100s of hours at certain times of the year!

PS2 due to the massive library of games.

NeoGeo must be the Doom of emulation, it runs on every single PC I've ever had. ::lol
Aside from that, the PS1. Even more when Duckstation rolled around, which allowed me to play things like CTR, Quake 2 and Smackdown 2 with four players.

I have emulators for everything it seems...however my favorite emulator to play with as of right now is RPCS3. I enjoy all of them, however, I have been having fun playing such gems as Wipeout HD Fury at super amped levels. It helps that I have an I7 with a Geforce 4070 to run this awesome emulator. Soon I predict that ShadPS4 will be my new favorite toy...

Neo Geo by far, without any doubts. I can't be a Neo Geo collector (because of the high cost and rarity of titles in good conditions), so emulation gives me the posibility to enjoy this old but amazing system from the past, even in better conditions than back then. Some PS2 and PS4 compilations (Art Of Fighting Anthology, KOF Orochi collection, KOF'98 Ultimate Match, Windjammers, Samurai Shodown Collection, Metal Slug 3, Breakers...) and recent ACA Neo Geo games (Big Tournament Golf, World Heroes, Street Hoop, Top Hunter, In The Hunt, 1945 Plus, Pulstar...) have given me back the feel of the best 2D console games/arcades from the 90s era. :-D
Dolphin may as well be a NeoGeo emulator from all the NG Virtual Console .wads I have in my library 😂

SNES and PS1 are my favorite systems due to the variety, experimentation, and size of the game libraries for those systems. It was a great time in video game history, maybe the best, imo, at least in terms of innovation and variety.

For me it is definitely PS2 and PSX. PCSX2 and Duckstation are such amazing emulators with similar easy to use interfaces and high compatibility rates. Not without their flaws of course, but very polished projects indeed and in active development as well, which is very important. Highly recommend. ::winkfelix

Gamecube, PS2, Wii U with retroid pocket 5

ps1 psp
no problem with duckstation or ppsspp and there is alot of good games

sega genesis, snes, gb (all), master system, game gear, ps1

ds emulation on my phone feels perfect with melonds, but so does ppsspp. but my favorite i think is ps3 and ps2 emulation, i just like fiddling until its running the way its meant to for a specific game, finding different presents that work for specific games n such
