My personal favorite and best will always be MadWorld. It doesn't have the most combat depth, but makes up for it with style, visual aesthetics, enemy and boss variety, multiple weapons with different move sets, and environmental hazards that are much as dangerous to as they are the mooks your killing. The soundtrack has not aged a day, and still great listen on its own. The story is a great one off as well. I love No More Heroes 1 & 2, but I don't find them as replayable as MadWorld. Like NMH, it uses the motion controls to the full extent, making combat and movement perfectly air tight. I can't even imagine playing this game on regular controllers, if it ever got ported to either Switch consoles.

I will give a shout out to Oneechanbara: Bikini Zombie Slayers/Revolution. Not the best on the system, but pretty decent for a low budget action game. The game has vertical splt-screen co-op, but only in Free Mode and Survival Mode for some reason. The main campaign is single player only, and you have to at least beat the game once with Aya or Saki to unlock Free Mode.

Rebirth still on my Backlog. I'm halfway through Momohime's Campaign I think.

I tried to get into the game when I bought it, but I only ever did Momohime's story. The game should've just done linear levels, because I didn't like metroidvania aspects, and got lost a lot. The artwork is beautiful as always.

I've moved on to Vita3k a while ago, planning to play it again when I finish so games,. ::winkfelix
I like the combat repetitive it may be for some. Wish we'd get a rerelease on PC one day, goes with Madworld too which I haven't played btw.

Check out a game called Spyborgs - it was exclusive to the Wii and Published by CAPCOM.

The review was a little negative in the Youtube video but it showed off some great gameplay. Honestly, its a nice little hidden gem and I don't believe its expensive. Great multiplayer.

There's actually two versions of this game. Us Americans got the less polished and more difficult version of the game, while UK/EU actually got an easier version of the game. We got the beta build, while the rest of the world got the more polished version.

It's got all the moves and characters from the main games, and is kind of like Souldcalibur's answer to the "Tekken Force" mode (as well as Namco's answer to the Warriors franchise). It's got tag single player, co-op, Lloyd guest character, Siegfried fighting a giant fuck off dragon as you beat the shit out of the Ottomans and the Romans, what more could you want? Well, besides Pro Controller support, since Namco decided to go the way Pipesoft did for Godzilla: Unleashed and refused to add it into the game (probably why it sold so poorly, aside from the awkward change in voice cast).

Speaking of the "Warriors" series, SamWar3 is a little better, since it's secretly a massive love letter to The Mysterious Murasame Castle for the NES/FC, with a Takamaru guest spot, custom characters, and horseback riding. It's kind of a special entry in the series, since there are so many once "once in a lifetime" opportunities your never going to see again with it being exclusive to the Wii (apart from the Takamaru cameo, it was also one of the final roles of Japanese voice actor, Daisuke Gori, before his tragic suicide).

However, both of these games are exceedingly tedious, being run of the mill Koei style Hack n Slashes. But what did you expect? You literally started off this thread by picking the best ones on the system, leaving all us poor commentators picking for scraps! For shame...

You can still talk about my picks or elaborate on them further. I am not stopping you from doing so.

The Wii had it all
Indeed it did.

The english version being wii exclusive really hurts this game IMO.Many people just skip SW3 and get to know it's cast by playing WO3 instead.
