I watch Japanese Horror films mostly, as it's something I've been watching since the late 90s. I have seen almost all of the noteworthy Hollywood films over the years, with a few exceptions. Aside from that I watch Japanese thriller films and Classic Japanese Cinema. 天国と地獄・High and Low is probably my favorite film alongside Dreams and Masaki Kobayashi's the Human Condition trilogy.

I think that my favorite movie ever (as in "I'd gladly rewatch multiple times") is Inside Out 2.

But there are many others that are fierce candidates for the "title", including Back To The Future and Home Alone 2.
