What is the worst port of a game?

Rayman Origins has a 3DS port that was really shotty. None of the presentation was accommodated for the smaller screen, the music was messed up, ect.
Kill.Switch was this game that codified the cover-shooter genre that was so prevalent in the late 2000s. For some god-forsaken reason, they decided to make a GBA port. It is impressive tho, being a TPS when the system could barely handle FPSs.
Lastly, those Amazing Spider-Man movies got a big marketing push which led them to release tie-in games on every relevant console at the time. The 3DS had in impressive port of the first game that condensed the console versions into a mission-based game that kept just about everything else intact. I guess the budget was cut because the sequel on the same system was just a crappy side-scroller.

A lot of things on the PS1: Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy VI, Mortal Kombat 2, The King of Fighters 99... I had a lot of fun with these games at the time, and the first two are among my favorite games in my life. But I only had to put up with the loading times for lack of a better option.

Mortal Kombat Trilogy forcing anyone playing Shang Tsung to pick a set number of transformations or turn them off entirely to avoid constantly loading when swapping characters will never not be funny to me. The things we put up with when we lack options :')

Surprised no mention yet of SMB DX. Still love it, but what a canker sore to play.
I'm glad you mentioned that game, I feel that sadly it's more enjoyable by people that already know the NES one perfectly.

It's honestly not too bad, as far as GBA FPS go at least. It's an original level set too, so it's got that going for it.
I'd love to see a proper PC port of these maps.

Did anyone play the PS1 version of Shadowman? I tried it, and have no idea how anyone could have had the patience to finish this version.

Pretty sure not a lot of people don't know about this, but the PS2 port of Brothers in Arms might as well be a completely different game, not only it was outsourced, all of its high-res presentation and style got lost as they downgraded the whole game in a desperate bid to make it run on the PS2, even the gunplay itself somehow became less punchy as a result.
