If so, I think the Band of the Hawk scanlations for Berserk are up there. Turning Guts into a fifteen year old Call of Duty squeaker is definitely one of the decisions of all time.

You think so? Part 8 was definitely a let down, but I wouldn't say it was worst manga ever material by a long shot. Unless you mean it was the worst manga you have ever read.

If they count, Baki's scanlations are epic. Completely made up lines, untranslated stuff, rewriting history and creating character feats was galore. It was one of the funniest things I've read and it's so in line with Baki that it's ironic.

Baki is crazy. The scanlation is crazier. The guy who did the scanlations is the craziest. He threatened people, doxxed people, whole lotta stuff. There are youtube videos about it, absolute kino.

I've read my share of bad manga over the years when looking for something new to read. The ones I'd truly say are terrible are Shadow Star (think Evangelion or Escaflowne, but written by a jaded, edgy idiot who thinks he's making some profound statement about humanity that he isn't), Kenichi The Mightiest Disciple (it should be titled 'Training Montages and Fan Service: The Manga'), Kurozuka (would have been solid if they stopped after the first chapter, making it a creepy, horror one-shot, but it devolves into pure lunacy in its plot, as well as stealing character designs from Final Fantasy 7 somewhere along the way) or Tsukihime (has by far the worst written protagonist I've ever read in a book, manga or otherwise in Shiki Tohno).

is elfen lied that anime/manga where some boys kill a girl´s dog?

I dont know elfen lied very much but i saw a scene of the anime on youtube where some little boys kills a dog and it was very hard to watch.
