The Junko Furuta one is High School Girl In Concrete by Uziga Waita, which is a short 4 chapters one in his anthology Modern Stories of the Bizarre, he is an ero guro artist so, you shouldn't be surprised.

There is also 17-sai, which somewhat covers the case (takes a lot of liberties), but I haven't read it.

I didn't read rent-a-girlfriend but I've heard opinions, critics, bizarre images and bizarre things about this manga and its mangaka.

Depends on what you mean by bad, i think the so bad it's good king for me is "killer shark in another world" which is so over the top i can't describe it as anything but intentionally bad to the point it's good.

but if you mean bad bad, then i guess "The Middle-aged Man Who Just Returned from Another World Melts His Fathercon Daughters with His Paternal Skill", had to drop it after 3 chapters, ignoring the creep factor, it was just....no way to put it otherwise.

There are times when it just looks like some cutesy slice of life story. Then the crazy starts up again. Everyone is so terrible. As soon as they seem to have a redeeming trait it's ruined in the next chapter. All the girls are involved in an extremely shallow popularity contest where one wrong turn and everyone hates you the next day. It's exhausting after awhile.
