If it was to just be, wouldn't it be to just be continuosly? So it's to just be on Saturday. So it's basically a sabbath.

can just be at any hour of the day anytime of the day. running about in a rat race isnt living. i know bad days because i care for an elderly parent.

Ya, I agree. You can't disconnect from the world. The world is real but it is important to find those moments to just be, tune in. It makes the world more real and less chaotic. Also, because you take that time to just be, when you can, I'm sure it helps you have a closer, more patient and understanding relationship with your elderly parent. If you weren't finding those moments, you potentially could lose patience and regret it afterwards. Hats off to anyone helping a struggling relative.
