what hand held system do you think is better.

i went with the mini miyoo plus. i bought it for around 53 dollars. it came with games and stuff on the SD card also. now i need to remove the one's i don't care about and add the one's i like. to the REPO i go!
it probably wont run so well on the SD card that comes with it, alot of those preloaded games are broken
and even if you put good roms on the bad card they still wont work very well
its really worth getting a decent card it makes a huge difference

Well, I personally rock a Miyoo mini +, but I find myself disappointed with how difficult it is to get custom apps to run on it.

For example, I was trying to get a onscripter core for Retroarch to run on there, and it just won't. Doesn't make sense, as it's powerful enough to run it, it's just that I have no idea what I am doing when it comes to trying to use Docker images.

I've played quite a bit of gba/snes on it though. Actually, I use the ffmpg movie player on it quite a bit; 360 p looks pretty good on such a small screen, so it's kind of my portable anime device these days.

i just want to play what ever's better. i don't care for RetroCheevo's for it.

both can play up to PS1 games. so i'm just wondering if anyone owned any of these and have there thought's and input's for it.
I know im gonna sound like paid shill but i promis im not when i say the retroid pocket 4 is a very good value the 4+ has been able to play most ps2 and ive thrown at it above native resolution no problem.

call me crazy that SD card is still working and the sega genesis games i put on it are still working.

I have both of them and I find OnionOS on the Miyoo Mini to be a little more reliable than the 35xx's GarlicOS.

The PS1 emulation on the Miyoo works so well in my opinion, that it's my main system for emulating it.

I don't mind having to make do without Ape Escape. That's a compromise I'm willing to accept.

PS1 works amazingly well on the miyoo mini

i just installed onion OS and it's so much better. but i had trouble saving SRAM when i quit games but i found a work around for it. the only games i'm playing on it are pokemon orange and a Yu-Gi-Oh stair way something duel.

The new R36 looks nice couple of guys i trust on tik tok advertise the ones worth buying.

That's a good question ok there are so many devices now it's driving you crazy what you should choose. No, I won't do that to myself. I can't decide people.
A powkiddy X55 would be perfect for you looks like a switch lite.

I like the OG gba better than the SP version all because it's easier to hold without your hands cramping up. the downside is that it has no backlight function unless you hardmod it.
