What game or genre relaxes you the most while playing?

Fairly sure there was a topic like this one already, but couldn't find it.

Anyway... What sort of game or genre helps you unwind after a long day of work/school/surviving? Personally, I'm all about those those open-world driving games.

I don't need a million objectives to complete, a time limit to beat, or opponents to defeat to get my stress levels down. I just need to drive around a nice-looking area while steering an awesome car through streets and landscapes so beautiful as to get my imagination going, and that's something that I have been doing since my Need For Speed III days.

What about you?
Bullet hell games are quite relaxing once you master most enemy patterns, your brain enters a sort of meditative, auto-pilot mode where you can doge everything with minimal effort, there I usually start thinking about myself or things in life or throw an album or a podcast to fill the headspace.

I don't feel like games are relaxing. They're entertaining, immersive, engaging but never quite relaxing. Having to put some level of concentration and understanding to complete whatever goal they offer.
Would you consider the notion that easing into the core gameplay loop of something while dissociating from your present upset or surroundings counts as a form of relaxation?

Magical Quest, any of the three. the sound of Capcom intro put me in the zone instantly.

General SRPGs always relax me whenever I play them, it could be FE, SRW or Unicorn Overlord. I'll always find them comfy as long as it's a good time.
Tho currently Xenoblade X is hitting that spot, especially once flight is unlocked and it's true freedom to explore the world while doing any side quest available.

I haven't been playing much to relax lately. My brain is so taxed after work at the moment. But I tend to find the good old Minecraft is always great just to waste some time in. Rimworld is also great, but the problem with Rimworld is when you start playing it you awaken the Addiction.

People mentioning racing games are on point tho. Like 20 years ago Wipeout was my go-to for that. Really helped with school anxieties.
