Recently switched from MAME to Retroarch to play arcade games

Well, since I use Batocera for emulation, I have it set to pick the best emulator by default on a per-game basis. For systems like NES, Sega, Genesis, etc., it uses pretty much your mainline emulators, like SNES9x, PPSSPP, DuckStation, etc. MAME for arcade games. You get the gist.

It has different emulators per system, kind of like how RetroArch has different cores. I think Batocera uses some things from RetroArch, if I’m not mistaken. Like with Dreamcast, it has Libretro: Flycast, Flycast, and Redream built into it. So, if one doesn’t work or runs slow, you can just switch to another.

But again, I have it set to auto-pick the best emulator per game.
