What Emulators Do You Use For Each Console?

Madnafen has no GUI, only a commandline.
You need to download an extra application that acts as a GUI frontend. you can find various ones here:

you could also use Retroarch, it as a Saturn Mednafen core, its called "Beetle Saturn".
(Whenever you see a Retroarch core with 'Beetle' in the name, its based on Mednafen)

Duckstation for PS1 games
Project64-legacy for N64 games
Mgba for game boy, gbc and gba games

yes you just put mednaffe.exe in the same folder as where mednafen.exe is located, and then just open mednaffe.exe and run games from there.

N64: Simple64 is my choice now, but Rosalina Mupen is my second option for some games.

I emulate a lot of stuff on hardware. On PC I have Bizhawk for Saturn and Supermodel specifically for SEGA Model 3 arcade games. And Fightcade with all its pack-in emulators for Naomi and so on.

There are currently not many emulator options for Win 7 32bit with old hardware. But among the options Mednafen stands out. It does the basics very well. It is simple and stable.
