Just curious. Also looking to see what is out there for different consoles, maybe learn of some I've never heard of, or get some recommendations for better emulators out there.
I use:

NES - Mesen (on PC), Kachikachi (on NES Classic), fceumm (for games on NES Classic that don't work with Kachikachi)
SNES - bsnes (on PC), Canoe (on SNES Classic), snes9x2010 (for games on SNES Classic that don't work with Canoe)
Gamecube - Dolphin
Wii - Dolphin
Gameboy/Gameboy Advance - mGBA
N64 - Simple64
PS1 - Duckstation
PS2 - PCSX2
PSP - PPSSPP
PS3 - RPCS3
Wonderswan - Oswan
Xbox 360 - Xenia

I use a raspberry pi for classic games. ppsspp, Dolphin, Pcsx2, citrus for 3ds, vita3k for pspvita(though upset it does not play many games i want to play. Project 64 and Parallel 64.

Been using Bizhawk and RetroArch lately, standalone ones too like what you included. I'll add console starting from 5th gen only because I like switching cores for 8 and 16 bit consoles

PS1: Duckstation
PS2: PCSX2
PS3: RPCS3
PSP: PPSSPP
PS Vita: Vita3k
N64: Mupen64Plus
GameCube and Wii: Dolphin
Wii U: Cemu

Primarily I use a PSP console. The following selections are based on Ark4 CFW, and between testing multiple emus for only certain consoles, these are my fav options available (so far, please advise any recommendations for emus that may have ad-hoc availability or other cool features):
NES - NesterJ AoEX R3
SNES - SNES9X EUPHORIA
GB,GBC,SMS - MasterBoy
GBA - TempGBA mod
Turbografx16 - PCE for PSP 0.83 3D
NeoGeo CD - NCDZPSP 2.21 (AdHoc)
Sega Genesis,Mega Drive,32X - PicoDrive
N64 - DaedalusX64
PSX - Custom Firmware enabled
PSP - Custom Firmware enabled

* there are options for Atari line of consoles, and various arcade machines, however certain emus are too much of a hassel to even bother with such as MAME given the compatibility list, and the games are not all that much fun to even take up space on the memory card for the Atari line of games imo (unless just for fun to mess around here & there with some classics)

** I have found that none of the VirtualBoy emus are even worth bothering with given one doesnt work and the other doesnt actually launch properly without crashing before/trying to play a game, as well as, the Dreamcast / Saturn do not have any proper emus that run the games without crashing or having slowdown whereas the N64 and PSX seem to be above decent or great in most instances

PS1 - duckstation(previously i was using Epsxe but can't install it for a moment*)
Arcade - Mame4droid 2024+ FBA4Droid
GBA - My Boy!
PSP - ppsspp Gold
Sega DC - Flycast
DS - drastic
J2ME - J2ME loader
NGP,Wonderswan,PCE - Wonderdroid Ultra

*i was uninstalling the app,and retains it's data when asked. Now i cannot install it at all WTF

I hear that Mednafen is pretty good for Saturn and Virtual Boy emulation. If that's too much of a pain to deal with, there's the Retorarch version of it called Beetle that's supposed to have decent compatibility. For Dreamcast, has Redream given you issues?

lol, is there even really a choice for PSP? I think PPSSPP goes without saying...

Well, I guess I stand corrected, but that sounds pretty hardcore >_>
I guess if you use Adrenaline on the PS Vita, I guess you can call it PSP emulation.

On Wii:
NES: FCUTX
SNES: SNES GX
Gamecube: Nintendont
Genesis-Master System-Game Gear-Sega CD-SG1000: Genplus
Turbo Grafx: MEDNAFEN

On DS: GBA: GBArunner2 (Waiting for 3 or getting a 3DS)
GBC: Gameyob
WonderSwan: NitroSwan
NeoGeo Pocket: NGPDS

On PC: PSX: DuckStation
PS2: God PCSX2
Nintendo 64: Rosaline's Mupen GUI (A GREAT upgrade above Project malware 64)
Dreamcast: Redream
Arcade: Mame
Turbografx CD and Saturn: Bizhawk

On Mobile: GBA (For those not working yet on GBARunner2) Myboy
J2me (AKA those brickphone games): J2me (Yup, that's the name)

I'm impressed someone hasn't mentioned ares, so far.

I remember hearing about higan through a friend, many years ago...love ares, especially how accurately it emulates both the Mega Drive as well as the SNES. I'll still alternate between it and Mesen, however. Both are great.

any PSP game runs perfectly on a physical PSP with the ISO file tbh, the problem comes with PSX games either needing to be converted to a PSP2PSX boot, but is still decent all considerations given without the conversion and kept original ISO

Yeaaah, the Mednafen doesnt work that great from my attempts.. and I tried REALLY hard to get it working for the Sega Saturn tbh, just no updated support for the emu since like 2012 if i'm remembering correctly.

Regarding Dreamcast, while there is a WELL working version of NullDC PSP the problem still lies in the game file themselves being too powerful for the system (each individual game needs tweaking of its processing settings to run properly, and requires trial and error..... game before getting to play the actual game lol) so is it worth even having on the PSP? The problem is the game processing is higher than the consoles capabilities, but it IS possible. I remember the N64 emulation back in about 2009 and 2012 and back then it wasnt great, but NOW the emulation is near perfect depending on if you own a good working file for the emu.
