What do you think of gundam gquux?

Personally i think the series was decent. Certainly much better written that witch from mercury and the idea of an alternative history uc where zeon won the war was intriguing enough. I just feel that they didn't have enough episodes to flesh out everything

The greatest crime however was that they killed my favorite charracter deux!

These two deserved to live! Aaaaaaaaaa!

I enjoyed it overall but pretty much was not that hooked till they were done with the team fight stuff. Psycho gundam onwards it was more interesting to me. I really have a low tolerance for introducing a character and then instantly killing them and it's meant to make you feel bad. The episode with "The Witch" was mega guilty of this and it get's brushed off instantly.

I think after that I enjoyed it more with the stuff with Zeon from two perspectives that later collides. It's far away from being my favorite but overall it's worth a watch. Challia was def the highlight of the series to me.

I saw the first three episodes in the cinema, yet to watch the entire series so I've been avoiding spoilers, I love that it rethreads the original intended plot for Gundam with Char being the hero but not defecting to the federation, so a reworking of the original plot in a way. I loved what it did with OG gundam in quite a few ways.

I also greatly appreciated the effort to explain what happened at the end of chars counterattack and it's not just deus ex machina space magic bullshit, they worked it in as a major plot point.

People who shit on it went blind without any context on the Gundam Timelines, Its certainly a show that needs to be watched AFTER watching some of the Major series like 0079, CCA and Zeta. It's a solid fun show, great ride. 8/10 from me

Even worse, critics complained about how the opening episodes focusing on Char would alienate the audience. I was thinking, "fuck you! this is the most interesting I've found Gundam in 10 years!"

I absolutely loved the reimagining of Char as a hero but sticking with Zeon, getting the gundam straight away and not defecting to the feddies as in the original planned plot, Kycillia knowing his secret was jaw dropping moment for me, but it was something I'd immediately believe with how shrewd and conniving she was.

Well, it's meh in my opinion

Being steeped in UC lore, it ranks as mid compared to certain UC gaidens out there. What is fun is that it could be incorporated into Gihren's Greed in a WHAT IF scenario (heck, the premise already originated in the old GG games already)

It might be better than WfM, sure but that's because it based itself on an already solid bedrock of UC; without that it's really meh

Crossbone, the Formula Race or Return of Johnny Ridden would have been better to animate than this

I found myself being mixed on the series, there are things I enjoyed about the series like the MAV fights in the early portion, the music is quite good and Khara definitely did a great job on the animation. I wasn't exactly the biggest fans of the cast but mainly due to the lack of episodes if anything to give them more room than anything. I also found the second half to be a lot weaker just because of the whole sudden stuff after AC like fights without spoiling what happens, though granted Newtypes be like that. Overall I did enjoy the series but not as much as I expected sadly wanted to as the -Beginning- when I first watched it in the cinema but I enjoyed it more than G-Witch at least.
