What do y'all think about Star Wars: Galactic Racer?

I had a Star Wars pod racing game when I was a kid and I want to get this one, do y'all think it looks promising?

Might snag it on sale year or two. Game looks cool enough for my attention, hopefully they dont forget about the pod racers and instead go with speeder bikes or something

But recent Star Wars media (games included) have this weird chintzy vibe to it...
I describe the problem to folks as people "making media about Star Wars" as opposed to "making Star Wars media about something".

That's an abstract opinion, I know.

Yeah I heard the modern Star Wars stuff is mid, it kinda sucks, one of the few movie series I grew up with and actually liked when watching it back again.
