What are you playing now? What genre is your favorite today??️⚔️

Today I’ve been playing more Diablo 4. I’m still in the middle of the campaign and I think it’s really fun, but I’m aware that the postgame is the true game in Diablo, so I can’t judge it too much yet.

The game feel is pretty nice though, my Necromancer feels really cool and strong.

Ninja Gaiden Black 2, Saints Row 4, Crash Bandicoot 4, and Halo MCC have been the vibes recently. Suffering through NG and Crash though. Games are ridiculous. Tag Mission Master Ninja 2 can eat all of the phallic objects known to man. Industrial Cock Inhalers designed that level.

I recently played Monster Hunter up to the point I could fight and beat a Rathalos. That was eye opening and pretty fun, I ended up doing it on a 2* quest at HR4 using great sweord. I'm currently on a drawing kick though.

I been playing mostly Ar Tonelico II, mixed with some rounds here and there of Last Blade 2.
I like most genres of games, but I admit that I'm quite terrible at music/rhythmic games. If I'm forced to choose i say Turn based strategy.

I'm currently playing Ninja Gaiden Black (Xbox), RetroRealms Ash Vs Evil Dead/Halloween (Switch), and Akimbot (PC).

My favorite genres are boomer shooters, old school action games, and platformers/collectathons.

Played The Citadel and it's sequel Beyond Citadel, not really that much into shooter's but the anime aesthetic called my atention and quite liked it. I like reading but it always makes me sleepy so I like playing Visual Novels when in bed so now I'm playing Hotel Dusk.

For past 3 weeks Its been mostly RTS well warcraft 3 to be exact and diablo 2 but been like few days since I last played D2 act 3 is the least enjoyable act I reached the final quest playing as an amazon meant much better reach in combat compared to my first playthrough back in 2020 when I played as a druid that was one heck of a disaster.

Mainly wc3 as it will always be my favorite game never get bored of that game.

Right NOW? The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II - my first playthrough of the series...and I'm hoping to be caught-up before the final game comes out in English...

Just started a new playthrough of Cyberpunk 2077 since it first came out back in 2020. Feels galore ;(

Currently playing:

Trails of Cold Steel
Xenogears (had this one on hold for about a year as my old save got corrupted and had to re-play a lot)
Persona 5 Royal
FFXIV
Piofiore: Fated Memories

I tend to go for JRPGs as those are my jam. ::agree
fellow Eorzean? ?

Pocket City ...
Will try out Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's World Championship 2011 later in the Spring though

Yep. I don't play that often though .

Cyberpunk? Oh I've heard some good things about that one (someone else I know plays).

I'm playing fighting games more than i did before, now i try to actually learn the moves instead of mashing buttons like crazy.
The ones i'm playing right now is Tekken DR, Street Fighter IV and Dragon Ball Tag team(although i don't know if this last one counts on the genre)

trying to catch up with games that stayed in my library for too long, Xenoblade 2 for one

I love Visual Novel, RPGs and Point 'n Click.

Right now I'm playing (reading?) an Otome Visual Novel : Despera Drops. The Setting is cool (Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Liechtenstein, France and a bit of Spain). The Lore and the Characters are too (our main character and six men on the run) and the different interactions are fun to read. It's very entertaining (mainly the long common route) but unfortunately the drame/romance part (the individual routes, in fact) is not perfect. Having said that I still haven't finished one the six routes (+ the "True route").

Now? I guess im replaying Persona for the sake of it, same with SMT. I sort of still prefer SMT over persona due to the lack of social link aspect and faster combat and god knows how many demons there are that you could build into a perfect 1 turn machine
I'd say i prefer 2 and the expansion over 3 onwards, at that point they're different from the SMT roots its a bit jarring

RetroAchivement's suggested my monkey brain to play Summon Night. So I happily obliged. Ook ook.
