A little story....

Last week i was listening to this playlist of Nintendo Wii UI music, and at 19:45 started to play this music:

And i was WTFFFFFFF i know this from somewhere!!!!! But i couldn't remember or find anything. I started to get desperate, till my friend solved the mystery. It's super similar to this Caetano Veloso's song:

Then ok, i had my satisfaction.... i wasn't tense anymore...... .. until some days ago, when i was listening to THIS:

here we go again, to this hell of knowing you know something but it doesn't matter your efforts you can't access the needed memory!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BUT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!! I SOLVED THIS MYSTERY TOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it's equal to this pagode from Só Pra Contrariar HAUEHAUEHUAHA

Pagode is a genre extremely popular here in brazil, but it doesn't have the same "higher classes" aura of Bossa Nova, for example, it is "poor people music" (música de pobre)... anyway, i was so relieved i found out what it was that i needed to share it here xD these songs are phenomenal, you guys should really give it a chance!

Sometimes it's really crafty when something is an homage, and other times it feels outright icky. I think I could point towards Green Day. Don't dig what they steal. But I heard some other stuff I dig, including someone singing to the Rosemary Baby's theme. That was fun.

With guitar jingles, as well as piano ones I've always gotta wonder what is just an organic spring of rhythm and what's actually an homage. Although yet again, Japan was dipping its fingers everywhere and taking little bites into its own media.

My favo BZ jam is naughty, naughty. Wehehe!

のみこ (nomico) - しちゃいましょう Sensuous

i love old nomico stuff, her voice is so cute~

oldschool denpa is my fave :3

This composer made music that sounded like Grant Kirkope years ago and some of his stuff was used in a couple of Siactro games like Kiwi 64, MacBat 64, and Super Kiwi 64.

just discovered this band and i'm in love with it:

Love me some Red Fang.

- I'm dying...
- Is it blissful?
- It's like a dream...
- I want to dream.

I absolutely loved that, definitely checking out more of them. Love the guitar work.

Pretty bleary weather going on here, so I've been feeling some blues.

"I learned how it is to feel alive
In dim chambers
A wet body, closeness
Warm thighs
Tousled hair

Loving hands, caring words
Our footsteps in the snow, faded

Empty shining is my light
The cold air in my lungs
Is my dirty warmth
Someone is the scape
You were mine"
