*Mega Drive, yes lol but old habits

Looking to round out my collection of games and was wondering what are considered the best games that never saw release over in America. I know about the usual suspects (Treasure's games, Mega Man: The Wily Wars, Rent-a-Hero) but is there anything else I should be looking out for?

Here’s a few:

-Puyo Puyo (and Puyo Puyo 2)
-Twinkle Tale
-Panorama Cotton (OG Genesis version never made it here)
-Dangerous Seed

And a breadth of others. I’m away from my computer and waiting for an appointment that begins in 15 minutes so I can’t see my full library atm.

King Colossus! Very overlooked action RPG designed by Sega and Makoto Ogino, the mangaka behind Peacock King (which is the series Spellcaster and Mystic Defender were based on). It's fully fan-translated. If you give it a shot, be aware that the first weapon is too short so it's annoying to use, but you will find several better weapons before long.

Twinkle Tale is a really good shooter where you get to walk around, like a superior Pocky and Rocky.

Monster World IV.

Surging Aura is the great hope among untranslated Genesis games (at least in English), mostly because the graphical style is similar to Phantasy Star IV. I played a bit of it and it's probably nowhere near as good, but I still hope it gets translated. Undead Line has been mentioned, it's in the same style as Elemental Master which is my favorite type of old-school shmups, but it's very, very hard.

Here's a few I've had my eye on. These all have fan translations btw.
Magical Taruruto-kun - Cute little platformer developed by Game Freak. Based off a comedy manga.

Madou Monogatari I - First person dungeon crawler that uses the characters from Puyo Puyo. This is on other systems as well but the Mega Drive version is fairly different. This was also the last officially released Mega Drive game in Japan.

How did I forget Pulseman and Snow Bros ngl
