What are the best "Bad" cutscenes?

I don't think I've ever seen anything top this scene from The Ring: Terror's Realm

By the way, I don't actually think this is bad. I think it is extremely entertaining, and I think creating anything entertaining takes talent and effort. I also think there can be moments of genuine emotion in the performances and stories of these games, but there's going to be something funny odd or laughably cliched in the presentation as well.

I watched a streamer playing this Konami PS2 game called "Firefighter F.D. 1.8." at the exact right moment and caught this excellent scene

I started playing the game tonight and the main character said in a cutscene "I extinguish the fire, but what I'm really trying to extinguish is the memory". That's a banger line.

I'll freely admit that voice acting in Devil May Cry 1 was a lot better than the acting in Resident Evil 1, but that is one of the most famous goofs in video game dialogue history.
