What are some licensed games you find interesting?

Heavy Metal: Geomatrix (2001)

The Mummy Demastered, unless you got Metroidvania Burnout the game is fine, for once it plays more on the METROIDvania aspect rather than on the metroidVania one

The title of this thread is "interesting" and not "good". So I am gonna mention the PC Version of Star Wars Episode 1. An absolute trainwreck of a game I played as a kid with my brother and is about as insane as it is awful to play.

You can get an instant Game Over by stabbing Anakin with your lightsaber. Anakin has a full death animation AND a voiced line going "Ough!". I don't know why they included this.
You can kill every single Gungan in their city.
There is an NPC on Tatooine who, randomly, will yell at you to get out of his house and if you don't leave he summons a shielded droid to attack you which is pretty much an instant Game Over. he is the only NPC that does this. He is not plot relevant or has any quest associated with him.
There's an entire platforming section with awful controls while Jar Jar yells instructions at you over and over again.

it got a PS5 release...

Absolutely unhinged game.

Wild West C.O.W.-Boys of Moo Mesa arcade game by Konami - A really excellent Sunset Riders style of game. It's not as brutally hard as a lot of arcade games and run and guns in general tend to be.

The Adventures of Batman and Robins on the SNES is the best 2d Batman IMO. It's a near perfect recreation of the show. The Genesis version is a great game but doesn't really feel like a Batman game.

Record of Lodoss War: Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth is a great Castlevania Symphony of the Night clone

Ashita no Joe on Super Famicom, the game is okay at best, but what puts in in the "Interesting" niche is the fact that they keep the infamous ending even if you win,
you know, Joe's death
