For USA, probably some Chicago Pizza/Pie. Or Nathan's hotdog from a Street Vendor in NYC.

I tried naan and goatsmilk and this pastery dipped in some orange powdery stuff when I was in Afghanistan. They also made a funnel cake type treat. Good stuff. I also tried a german sausage and french fries tossed in butter (pomfrets) when I was going through Germany at an airport. Also good stuff.

Experimentei naan com leite de cabra e um pastel mergulhado em um pó laranja quando estive no Afeganistão. Eles também faziam um doce tipo funnel cake. Muito bom. Também experimentei uma linguiça alemã com batatas fritas na manteiga (pampo) quando estava de passagem pela Alemanha, num aeroporto. Também muito bom.

Most people just get a soda I imagine, but if you find yourself in Burgerland and want the full experience, try a milkshake.
