Warner Bros. Boss promises investors the HBO password crackdown and price hikes are coming

They have already lost most of their best shows to Paramount. Seems like they won't be around much longer if they keep this up.

They are desperate to please the investors. By screwing over the people that make them money in the first place. I wish more people stopped letting themselves be victims of the streaming game. It's worse than the cable it replaced.

Since I had a bad experiences with Netflix I am no longer very enthusiastic about such streaming providers. Be careful with these people they only want your money nothing more.

I canceled most of my streaming subscriptions a while back. HBO conceptually was kind of cool as someone who really likes a lot of older Cartoon Network/[adult swim] programming and stuff like that, but I didnt even bother watching some of their originals after half of them were getting cancelled and written off for taxes, and the other half were just disappointing revivals like those "new seasons" of FLCL and Clone High. Not to mention a lot of their non-originals were just ripped off the service entirely, I don't even think there's any classic Cartoon Network shows on there anymore. I'd rather just cherrypick the things I want to watch and add them to my DVD collection or media server.

Recently cancelled the Disney+/Hulu/HBO Max bundle (D'hubo as I'd call it). It was the only set of streaming services we had. So after that disconnects we won't have any of those at all.

Kinda feels good to get rid of it as I don't even watch any of that stuff anymore.

I don't really care about either of these, I just wish they would add their old animated shows back to the service.

I mean the cost increase sucks whenever that happens, but that's pretty much expected at this point with everything.

Well what can I say now you certainly don't have to be afraid now but caution is always advised because you never know what people like that are up to.

Bills increasing can happens sometime when the months passes, and again and again. Watching streaming needs internet, who have bills to pay too, and without internet no online series. Is this the destiny who someones prefers to watch an production on streaming.

Depending of the creators, there will be one day who the platforms will cease to exists. And we will need to buy DVDs and Blu-rays to keep the acessibility of some series.

I think this will be a good day because this whole streaming thing hasn't really made sense for a long time.
