voice acting that's so bad its iconic

I came here to shout out Silent Hill 2. It has some really weird deliveries, but I can't really knock it because it wouldn't be the same game without it. The odd dialog adds to the atmosphere and the charm, so I guess you could say it's "iconic."

Heard this is more of a cope from fans to justify the bad voice acting....

Yeah. I like Silent Hill 2's acting, it's an improvement from the first game's (THE SEED LIES DOOR-MAHNT), but... the 2024 Remake's acting is much better IMO.

Hell, even the HD era of Homecoming and Downpour have better voice acting.

The remake kinda pricey i asked couple shops and SH2 costs around 45-50 JDs but sure thing voice acting got better over time
