Heyo! I wanted to ask the group for some help with this game. I have it up and running through retro deck on my steam deck. It looks and sounds great with one weird issue. When playing through the tutorial for character movement, my game pad doesn’t register the input for “dodge.”

I’ve tried remapping the controls in game to the L/R and it’s still not executing the dodge. Am I stupid and missing something super obvious, or has anyone else come across this?

Thanks in advance for any help!

If I remember right, the timing for dodging is a bit strict. I can redo the tutorial and check for you.

Works correctly when I use the mappings you suggested. See if you can map dodge to a different button to test it out. If the D-pad of the device you are playing on is good enough, just leave it at the default; it's easier if you crouch first, and then roll your thumb along the direction your character is facing, it should work.

Thanks! I will try it again when I get home to see if I’m missing anything. Much appreciated!
