Off of the top of my head, I can only think of the Mega Man Zero tetralogy on GBA. Even then, I never finished the later ZX games on DS.

I try not to stress on playing a series to its completion. It felt somewhat discouraging when I attempted to so with the Devil May Cry games since I finished all of them except DMC2, but unfortunately I bounced off of DMC2 very hard, and really struggled to get through the game.

I'm not someone particularly scared of admitting to certain games, now the person that said they played the entire Rance series back on the first page tho, that is something I don't think I'm willing to admit I played at least just yet.

Now that I think of it, Legacy of Kain is the only series that I think I've fully completed.
Unless you count the 2D Super Mario Bros. as their own thing, and the original Megaman (but not the later series).
All my favorite series seem to have at least one game that I either never finished or even never played for one reason or another.
