KHInsider has the biggest videogames music collection, I agree. But...few (famous) games soundtracks are missing there, like Final Fantasy VII and VIII, for example. So you can also search here:

I would usually go to 'sittingonclouds' but from what I saw on reddit, it seems that the site is getting taken down, it has a lot of OSTs from anime and games

Depends on what kind of OST you want to get, but if something like Nier you usually just go to the trusty "Eastern Torrent/Magnet Site" and you're set.

Or if you're lucky YT Music, i'm not joking.
