Usually I have dreams based on a various setting and random video game characters just show up. Sometimes my dreams are in video game graphics like for example PS1 style.

I used to have dreams that I owned some games and then waking up to find nothing

It's boring, but I dreamt that there was a Bionicle RPG, woke up and felt sad it didn't exist.

Your brains are jerks to you guys. Coming into your dreams, getting you all excited, and giving you false hope for games. The cruelty.

I had this dream one night before Super Mario Sunshine's US release where there was a secret code in Luigi's Mansion that unlocks Mario as a playable character. Luckily, now the Lugi's Mansion romhack Mario's Mansion was made, that dream finally came true.

Moon (The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask)​

I have had dreams about the Moon from The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask for the Nintendo 64. In one dream, the Moon was following me whenever the Moon spotted me and I had the impression that if the Moon touched me that something terrible would happen to me. In another dream, the Moon was falling from the sky and I had to whistle the melody from the Song of Time to save myself since I did not have the Ocarina of Time.

That happened to me as well, but it was a sleep paralysis actually. Dreamt I couldn't wake up at all and then this weird alien looking dapper being came into my room and woke me up. Miss the guy tbh, he saved my life as far as I'm concerned. Named him Gonzalo.
