Video Game dreams

I remember back in 2002 I had this dream the night before Super Mario Sunshine got released, I was playing Luigi's Mansion and found out i was playing as Mario after getting an A rank and complete the game 50 times. While it was a dream, it felt real and quite possibly I was hyping up for Mario Sunshine. With a Luigi's Mansion rom hack release called Mario's Mansion that let's you play as Mario instead of Luigi, the dream I had back then, now became a reality. Ever had those dreams where you either playing a new game but wasn't real or enter a video game you played many times?

When I was a teenager I catched a cold once and had an age of empires 2 fever dream where the only thing I could see was the tiny trebouchets from the game. Maybe thats the reason why everytime I take a look at the game I feel nauseous

I’ve had dreams where I was playing a game I wanted but didn’t have yet, I would wake up very disappointed when I realized it was just a dream. I’ve also had certain kinds of dreams relating to video games that I’m not going into detail about. Let’s just say they were filled with pleasure…

I remember dreaming that I was on The Legend Of Zelda: Wind Waker when the game was on every gaming outlet and magazine. I still love the graphics to that one.

I go to these weird city environments in my dreams and there's usually some sort of arcade or casino nearby. When I go to play a game they seem like they have real bootleg/knockoff vibes. Apparently I haven't figured out how to port first-party titles into my dreams yet.

I had a dream of playing a Legend of Zelda MMORPG!

Everyone was rushing to the dungeon leaving me behind of my own
I remember using my character to go through sewer with constantly running water and climbing around a tower on the top of a mountain

Okay so this is probably my earliest dream I remember and the one I remember the best. I guess I was like 4 or 5 years old, and I dreamt about Tomba (or Tombi in my country) running through a rural town's main street until he reached the end of the town and jump a wooden fence to get to the countryside. He kept on running until he got to a wooden cabin, and he jumped to a chair and started playing a video game on the PC. It was like a version of Counter Strike on a snowy map, but the player was one of the evil swine from Tomba. This dream was so cozy for no reason. The vibes are still engraved in my brain 20 years later.

Never had a video game like dream, but I've recognized both characters and music. One time, well before Mario 64 had a shotgun, I dreamt of him with guns killing shy guys. It was so vivid I was honestly tempted on treating as a reality of sorts and making it happen, but it didn't

When I was about 10 I had a fever and I remember being stuck in a lucid dream where I could see moth dust in the air, and in order to wake up properly my friends and I had to defeat the bad guy from Space Jam some arbitrary number of times, like 57 or something. What followed was a series of loosely connected scenarios with video game dream logic.
