I wish that was true I seen enough well of the Cultured side of Anime
but I can't remember the Name as some of them had a very long Japanese Name.
Besides one I remember
Sora no Otoshimono or Heavens Lost Property I watched in my Teeny years.

I never watched it completely sadly but I watched everything I could that was avaliable back then for me ;)

In general, look into late 80s to early 90s OVAs and movies. Productions that weren't made with TV in mind were allowed to show a little more and they usually didn't cross over into straight up hentai territory.

Given the responses in the thread, it's leaning towards celebrating sexual content in anime.
Anime that normalises putting minors/underage/young characters in sexual situations shouldn't be celebrated.

Gaming sites like this will have younger members as well, if threads like this are all they have to interact with, it'll be just another bad example of how to act online.

Obviously we don't celebrate that but we Celebrate hot Woman ergo Adult Woman in Hot Situations no one besides Politicians wants to see underage characters in Sexual Situations.
