Vermilion Desert (Dreamcast) English Translation

Looks like there was an update about a year ago, however I'm not versed in creating my own GDI files to check it out. Looks like it might be about halfway translated?

If someone is able to check it out or knows how to extract, patch, and create GDIs that would be awesome. Would be great to have even a partial English translation available in the repo.
