Apparently this runs on ScummVM by the way, the same Engine as The Blackwell series, Gemini Rue, The Cat Lady, The Shivah and and Unavowed.

For those who can't get this game to work, try Wine, or Whisky app, they managed to bypass the graphics card issue. Anyway, this is great, now I can finally play this in subtitles.

To save the game, all you have to do, is press i for inventory, click on Ataru's address book which will show you three save files.
Thank you kindly!

Is the translation complete? The obvious temp tracks in the sample screenshots has me worried.
A couple of lines in the game are like that, but that's it. No idea what's up with that, but this version is the final one.

Okay, someone should make patch for sega cd version
I think the problem is that original version doesn't have subtitles at all, just audio. Guess that's why this remake was created.

What happens? I tested it on my PC it worked ::cirnoshrug
These technical issues are why I prefer playing on console than on PC.

Edit: for the record this is not me confirming any issues, I haven't tested it and I trust you got it working, I was just speaking in general.

This is also why, despite how much I prefer the PC version of Earthworm Jim as the definitive version since it's the same as the Sega CD version but with quick loadings, save feature and level select, I just play it on the Sega CD for convenience.

My graphics card is compatible, but I'm encountering certain bugs that make the game very difficult. For example, every time I click on an object, the description only lasts a second, making it very difficult to read if it has more than one simple sentence. The graphics options only allow me to display it in a window or stretched full screen. When I run the game, the Windows pointer stacks on the screen and never disappears.

Likewise, THANK YOU SO MUCH! I wish the gameplay wasn't so rough; it would be the best way to play this game. I hope someone will adapt the SEGA CD version, as it would simplify the bugs.::heart

That sounds like quite the challenging task, which probably explains why it was probably easier to just remake the game on PC.

This is great! Thank you to the translator and for all the hard work! It works perfectly! Is there any way to save though?

It says my graphics card is not suitable for the resolution 'rtx 3060'

Oh wow! Someone is actually bothering to translate this game. That's nice. Hope their able to find more people that are fluent in JP so they can help finish the project.
