The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya's second ending "Tomare!"

That's how I see it at least as I consider it to be somewhat overshadowed by the first ending "Hare Hare Yukai", I love both and consider them to be equally phenomenal and unique.

I'm not sure if it's more a thing of "lesser known" than underrated in many cases tho

This one I'd say is underrated because when it comes to SnK the people mostly talk about the other OPs and EDs

Rose of Versailles (one of my all-time fav animes) is an interesting case, because it's a really known anime that often flies under the radar

TechTv and Anime Unleashed were amazing before G4 ruined it. It was probably the first and only time I ever saw subbed anime on tv. Lain, Boogiepop, Crest of the Stars, SoulTaker and Silent Mobius were amazing to see for the first time.
