Gourmet Sentai was a great discover for me.
Pandora Tower is another gem I get in a second hand market, good game for the Wii.

Spell Force 3, great rts/rpg from THQ.

I don't know if the Crystal Chronicles for the DS are underrated games but people never mention them when they talk about final fantasy spinoff games.
